Quoala.co, where Michael G. Alcock and two partners built an early MVP of AI-facilitated dialogue between humans—an experiment in whether technology could help conversation withing large organizations. Company was shut down in late 2025
A study. 3 Years of 'Internally Public' digital discussion between the company's 40K software engineers (mostly DL data). The goal was to determine how much 'productive discourse' was happening naturally amongst the internal engineering profession. The answer, no matter what definition of 'productive discourse' we used, was zero.
